1. Domestic Shipping

Orders processed within 24 hours, shipped via registered couriers (e.g. Leopards, TCS). Real-time tracking updates provided.

3. Cash-on-Delivery (COD)

4. International Shipping

5. Returns during Shipping
If shipment is returned (e.g., refused/damaged), Zictro will notify the customer for a refund or reship.
