- Lost accessories or wearable parts (e.g., ear tips, cables)
- Unauthorized third-party repairs

Claim Process
- Contact Support within 30 days
- Provide order info + photos and damage description
- Return via provided pickup or ship; inspection within 5 days
- Receive replacement within 7–10 days after approval

Customers abroad follow the same process; duties will be coordinated per Customs rules.
