  • Mishandling, physical damage, or water misuse beyond stated rating
  • Lost accessories or wearable parts (e.g., ear tips, cables)
  • Unauthorized third-party repairs

  • Register purchase online/user portal

  • Ship to nearest service center (free within major cities)
  • Evaluation within 5 days; approved repairs/replacement within 14 days
